Voice agent

Agents & orchestration

A voice agent understands speech, answers aloud and can carry out actions. It assembles speech-to-text, language understanding, reasoning, often backed by RAG, and speech synthesis, with latency low enough to keep the dialogue natural.

In practice at Gensai

Gensai has deployed voice agents in dental care (intelligent answering machine), events (the Oceans installation) and training (oral English assessment).
