For a dental implantology practice, an intelligent answering machine (CallBot) was developed to handle calls when the assistant is busy with a patient. It answers common practical questions, provides information on pre- and post-operative recommendations, offers appointments, and allows callers to leave a message. Requests are qualified by urgency level to prioritize callbacks.
